Jeannine’s Bio


Jeannine graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2006 and finished her Master’s degree in Counseling at Denver Seminary. She  founded Summit Counseling in 2008 and currently serves as the Executive Director. Jeannine’s other work experience includes individual and group treatment at a community agency and holding the position of Intensive Outpatient Coordinator for several years. Jeannine has special training in Trauma including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and works with adolescent and adult clients on a variety of issues. Jeannine currently runs Substance Abuse and Cognitive Restructuring groups for the National Institute for Change and maintains a strong relationship with Denver Seminary. Jeannine believes in applying therapeutic interventions that are practical, effective and take into account various aspects of life.
