Susan’s Bio

Specializing in Couples and Family, Individual Anxiety and Depression

Sue graduated with honors from Argosy University here in Denver with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  While working on her degree, she did a lot of volunteer work in the addictions community and so is also working toward getting a Certified Addiction Counselor II (CACII) degree.  She is a career-transitioning professional with experience managing project teams in global organizations and brings those skills to her work.

Sue primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Experiential Therapy and then blends in other therapies depending on the individual needs of the client.  While her focus is on families and couples, she also works with individuals because she believes that individual experiences are often influenced by relationships and vice versa.

She has worked at various places around the Denver area including Lost and Found, Inc., A Better Choice Counseling, and in private practice.
